Air & Water balancing
Air & water balancing of various systems including VAV, CAV systems.
Heating & chilled water balancing.
DHWS commissioning.
Test sheets can be issued at stages throughout the commissioning period or a full test pack can be issued promptly at the end of the project. (On smaller projects the sheets / reports will be issued within 24 hours of completing the job).
System Checks & HVAC Surveys
Mechanical HVAC surveys of duct work and pipe work can be marked up on drawings, system reports, seasonal commissioning checks, flow rate checks and system volumes. Witness testing and spot checks of commissioned systems.
"pre strip out" surveys for consulting engineers to enable validation of system volumes prior to making adjustments.
Operating Theatre Annual Verification
(AP) Authorised person HTM 03-01 for carrying out annual operating theatre verifications and other critical ventilation systems within healthcare premises. In depth photographic reports include UCV velocity testing, full plant checks, air volumes, air change rates, room pressure regimes and other checks to comply with HTM guide lines.

Prices can be arranged on either a total job cost from a survey of the drawings or a "day rate" fee.
